AGE GUIDELINES FOR ENTRY
ADMISSION
STUDENTS FROM GRADE 7 AND ONWARDS (SECONDARY EDUCATION)
▪ Use English as a learning medium during the six-year course;
▪ The first two years (i.e., grades 7 and 8) require neither military subjects nor military training but cultivating discipline and responsibility;
▪ Students from grades 9, 10, 11, 12, and preparatory courses will be receiving military education and training, studying in military subjects, and wearing military uniforms.

and Spanish are elective language classes.

o PROSPECTIVE GIS STUDENTS MUST BE:
▪ Physically Fit;
▪ Mentally Fit;
▪ Emotionally Fit;
▪ Physically Fit;
▪ Mentally Fit;
▪ Emotionally Fit;
o HAVE NONE OF THE FOLLOWING:
▪ Felony conviction;
▪ Violent conviction;
▪ Sexual charge OR conviction;
o WILLING TO USE ENGLISH EXTENSIVELY IN DAILY LIFE AT GIS
o WE ACCEPT ONLY QUALIFIED STUDENTS OF THE ABOVE INTO GIS
▪ No TOEFL Test Required; however, students are required to take an English placement exam upon arrival.
